Meet Tom and Russ

Tom Coleman and Russ Sutton made a conscience decision to take control of their lives and become entrepreneurs. They both currently reside in Naples, Florida and work together as a team.

Tom worked for the same banking institution in the trust technology department for 33 years. Seeing, first hand, how the times are changing and knowing this is the era of entrepreneurs assisted him in making the decision to break free from Corporate America. Even though Tom was at the bank as a loyal and efficient employee, he realized he could be downsized at any time as many were. He made the decision to secure his future before he was faced with downsizing as well. He saw how countless others were making their fortunes by being entrepreneurs and knew he could do it as well.

Russ worked as a Registered Nurse for 13 years. He started the Nursing profession because he wanted to help others live their best lives. He spent several years and tens of thousands of dollars learning this profession. Over the years, Russ found that although he was helping others live their best lives, he wasn't living his. He knew his financial future was in the hands of his employer and this was an unsettling feeling. One day, a patient gave Russ the book, "The Secret" and told him 'there is a brighter future' if he would 'take the steps to achieve it'. Russ decided to become an Entrepreneur as thousands are doing every day. Because of this decision, Russ continues to help others live their best lives while living his own.

Together, Tom and Russ formed The CLS Group and plugged into this unique business solution which has enabled them to replace the corporate level income they were accustomed to, giving them the freedom to work from a home office environment and travel at their leisure. It also allows them to support their chosen charities and serve the local community. And most importantly, it has given them the ability to assist others in reaching their lifestyle, financial and charitable goals.
